Arugula, Manchego and Pear Salad
16 oz NY Strip (Clarified Butter), Sauteed mushrooms, a touch of the steak sauce.
PM: Big bowl of strawberries and blackberries

Plus an apple and half a honeydew. Starvation station.

Chicken salad with avocado.

Breakfast: 2 eggs and bacon, coffee with a bit of half and half.

Dinner,Tapas blowout 2010: chorizo, tortilla española, fried calamari, manchego, jamón serrano. 2 glasses of red, split a tartufo.
Snack: cherry Lara bar, coconut water
